Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if we sent the wrong size, we sent the wrong model, the item doesn’t match its listing photos, or the item is defective. Email us clear photos or video evidence (the shoe, the size label, the box label and the problem) with your order number before any return is approved — no evidence, no return. Items must be unworn, in the original box with all tags. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, or exchanges for a wrong size ordered by the buyer. Approved returns get a prepaid label, and refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the item. Full details in our returns policy.

You cover shipping your sneakers to us. When a pair sells, we handle tracked shipping to the buyer. If a pair doesn’t pass authentication, or you end a consignment early, return shipping is at your expense.
