Between sizes? Most sneakers fit true to size; for running and basketball models many shoppers go half a size up, and for narrow models (many adidas and Nike runners) half a size up is the common pick too.
Unisex pairs: as a rule of thumb, a women’s US size is about 1.5 sizes above the men’s US size for the same shoe (Men 9 ≈ Women 10.5).
